Fluorescent luminescent glow in the dark additive pigment powder

Having a high concentration of active ingredients the the fluorescent luminescent glow in the dark additive pigment powder is highly phosphorescent. It has a strong ability to store light, natural or artificial, and riemanate in the presence of enough darkness. This powder differs from the photo-luminescent additive powder for the fluo colour more intense visible at natural light (it’snot white).

It is particularly suitable to highlight those details that you want to make visible in the dark such as escape routes, points of light, simply by adding it to resins, paint or varnish. It is also great for decoupage, glass colors and everything about DIY; to decorate vases, fountains, bedrooms, furniture or objects to create spectacular atmospheres in particular rooms, in a house or in a local (bar, disco). There are 5 colors of light emission: fluorescent light blue, fluorescent yellow, fluorescent green, fluorescent red, fluorescent orange.

For better results we recommend the application in the outer layers and on light backgrounds: in this way the phosphorescence effect will be greater.

The powder requires no electricity or maintenance; it is not radioactive and does not contain harmful substances.

Because of the small size, is good to keep it away from kids.

Designed for industrial production, phosphorescent pigments have theability to store light and glowing. Those pigments are loaded with exposure to a light source (sun light, or UV light), and the energy slowly return shining in the darkness.

DEFINITION: the term “photoluminescent” encompasses generally all types of pigment that can emit light thanks to a light stimulation. For accuracy, we refer to the fluorescent type pigments.

BRIGHTNESS: the pigments glow for a variable period of time following a quick and decreasing luminance curve, that than becomes stable for many hours. The brightness is expressed in millicandele/mq. The total decay of the luminescent effect can reach up to several days after stimulation. The light intensity depends on the size and the color of the pigment: the Green pigments of big size shine longer.
