Phosphorescent luminescent glow in the dark pigments based liquid paint with photoluminescent effect, fluorescent, suitable for all situations requiring a high visibility as steps, dark areas, signals and for decorations. The emissive power increase with the increase of layers applied and recharges when subjected to a light source. Usable on various substrates such as metal, plastic, wood etc. Dries to the touch after 15-20 minutes. Contains no lead, cadmium and chromium. The paint is MADE IN ITALY! IT IS NOT AN IMPORTED PRODUCT!
